Emanuel Phillips Fox (1865–1915) was a prominent Australian Impressionist and Post-Impressionist painter celebrated for his vibrant use of light and color. After training in Melbourne and Paris, he became a key figure in the Heidelberg School and co-founded the Melbourne School of Art, often in creative partnership with his wife, the artist Ethel Carrick Fox.
